If we will have an update to our papers soon, is it appropriate to take down the current version? Also, is there any way we could have these secured, so only symposium participants could get to them?--67.194.199.77 01:21, 11 October 2009 (UTC)

We currently don't have the ability to make them secure. We plan on taking them down Saturday after the symposium is over, so it is unlikely that search engines would pick them up. I could put your email and have people email you for a copy of the paper, if you would prefer that (instead of posting it).
