The people section seemed kind of disorganized, and that it would be hard to maintain moving forward.  I think we should not seperate those who have gone through the Ph.D. track and those who haven't (or if we do, let's just put an * next to their name or something).

I think for consistency sake we need to use just one style, since Ph.D. is "officially" correct, I say we stick with it.
