I don't mind the color and such, but lets change the logo on the right to be something for the Ph.D. prep track and not just the BYU one. Also, let's link that new logo back to the main page (this will help with search rankings and such). As for the organization, I don't have a problem. I still think we need to do some serious thinking about how to organize all of these information pages.
