At the beginning of the third paragraph in the "Why get a PhD?" section, starting with: "There are many great things to working as a university professor..."
I believe it would be more understandable beginning with this:
"The work of a university professor has interesting and unique characteristics, and there are three that we will discuss here that are great blessings and keys to being a successful professor."

Section - Why get a PhD
Paragraph - 3
"If you enjoy and are excited about learning about the world around you, asking questions and findings answers, and sharing what you learn with others than you will likely enjoy earning a Ph.D."
